Hill Crest Cottage is a forty minute walk from Guernsey's famous Castle Cornet. This landmark has played a major role in the history of the British Isles from the time of William the Conqueror, through the Civil War and most recently of course it was fortified by the Germans in World War II

Because of its location Hill Crest Cottage is ideal for access to the two major towns on Guernsey, St Sampson and St Peter Port. A pleasant 20-30 minute stroll along the sea front finds you at the heart of the capital, 10 minutes in the other direction and you are in the shopping centre of St Sampson with its brand new marina
